TO ALL CREATIVES:
I think of my favorite artists, like Peter Gabriel, David Bowie, Led Zeppelin even more recent like Radiohead and so forth and so on…. I feel like my first record (Trickster) was a good first try. A “passing grade.” But i was nowhere near anything that my taste had set out for.
I’m not saying my first record was bad. I’m saying my voice wasn’t developed, my artistic self was just beginning, much room to grow
Freedoming: I had to do it. I had the songs. I had minimal means. So, I KEPT GOING. Everything has it’s place.
I always feel I have so much room to grow, and hopefully enough time on Earth to do that.
THE CREATIVITY WE PUT OUT INTO THE WORLD IS A LEARNING EXPERIENCE, A SPIRITUAL EXERCISE, AND AN ONGOING CONVERSATION.
What’s next? Stuff. I don’t know, just more stuff. And living, loving, laughing through every minute
