. @TEDtalk: my 1st yoga teacher talk abt changing life by undoing reactions based on childhood experience. the last story is important - we can’t expect troubled youth to learn anything by picking up trash and painting over graffiti.  

how do we react to the world?  how do we respond to love?  success?  betrayal? do we really reach out enough - or do we have a veil of reactions and non-action based on our childhood?  a great start of a conversation.
